The 2021 T4 and T4A forms are now available on听.听

To access the forms, click on听Taxes听耻苍诲别谤听Employee Dashboard, and then听Slips for Income Tax Return.

Use the drop-down menu to access and print your forms.

Please note:

• If you are unable to听view your T4/T4A you may have a pop-up blocker on.
• You may also have more than one T4/T4A if, for example, you changed your status from temporary to regular.
